Ibis Styles Paris Saint Denis La Plaine

This hotel has everything that I find essential - the staff is kind and efficient, the room is clean, the mattress is in excellent shape, there's enough space in the bathroom to put your toiletries at hand, and the window opens wide. It's a relatively small hotel, so easy and quick to get about and to check in and out. I also found the location convenient for my business trip, as the meeting venue was within the walking distance, and then the RER B station is 5 minutes' walk away, which makes it easy to get to downtown Paris (oh, Paris...) in no time.

Great staff, welcoming friendly, helpful and smiling. The reception staff and breakfast lady were very nice. Great breakfast options: including fresh orange juice, coffee/tea machine, vegan milks (soy and almond), pastries, bread, jams, deli ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruits and eggs to be boiled to personal preference. Great location : 10-15mins walk from metro and 15-20mins from Stade de France. Rooms are well-organised and have a USB plug.

I used the safe parking at fenced own area; opposite of the street is a large public parking, cheaper but open. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was simple (typical French) but okay for me; fresh orange juice was a nice plus. some bars and restaurants in the area. the fact that the hotel was only ten minutes walk from the railway station (RER B with 20 minutes to Villepinte Exposition) was important for me; Gare du Nord 5 minutes with RER B. there is also another station with RER D line at same distance, but I did not use it. beds were comfortable and shower in tiny bathtub was okay; room was clean wifi internet worked good enjoyed my stay and will go back there

Helpful staff on front desk & serving in the breakfast room. Good selection for breakfast. Lots of bakeries nearby & small restaurants. Maps available. Public transport links were good
